This is a working video of hydrostatic tester for spiral welded pipes, which was made by HUAYE and successfully running in our customer's factory now.
It features simple construction, strong bearing member, high productivity, and adjustable position of the testing head, making it suitable for testing pressures on steel tubes of various lengths. With PLC touch screen operating system, could print-out testing pressure automatically.

HUAYE LH2000-2540-25 Spiral Pipe Mill is a typical project HUAYE has done for large diameter piling pipe production.
The mill is design to run through coil width reaching 2000mm, making pipe size as large as Φ2540×25mm, allowing an annual production up to 100,000 tons (2 shift).
