This video shows the successful production of the first pipe with specification of 3000×16×12 m. This marks that our spiral welded pipe mill has successfully completed the commissioning work. Thanks to our workers on site in Thailand and the active cooperation of our customer , this project was successfully completed.
This 3860mm spiral pipe machine will be officially put into production from now on. It can make spiral pipes of diameter range φ610 to φ3840mm and wall thickness range 6mm to 20 mm.
It has the advantage of low investment, compact design and capability of extra-length pipe production.

Pipe diameter range: Φ610-3840mm
Wall thickness range: 10-25 mm
Pipe length: 8-15 m
