This complete 1620 spiral welded production line was newly built by HUAYE recently. It was successfully commissioned  and has been finished trial production in Yunnan, China.   The machines will be put into official production and start producing pipes from now on. It'll support the production process efficiently, safely and reliably.

The whole line is equipped with spiral pipe machine, end facing &beveling machine and pipe hydrostatic tester.

A new batch of roller conveyors and pipe ejectors produced by Huaye are being packed in factory. Ready for departure.
Roller conveyor is used to transport the steel pipe in the pipe production line finishing section.  Pipe ejector is used to pull the steel pipe.  Usually pull the steel pipes from the conveyer or support roller to the rack.

The whole finishing system includes conveyors, racks, ejectors, rotation rollers, pipe delivery cars, and other simple pipe process equipment, such as slag removing machine, weld seam grinder etc. HUAYE provides one-stop supply for all related finishing section equipment, which offers customers the most convenience and production support.  Please check huaye.us/pipe-production-line-finishing-section.html for more information.

The two sets of End facing and beveling machine are completed and finished installing in Yunnan,China. Single head type, used for machining plane and groove of the two ends of steel pipes.  Now they'are awaiting power-on testing on site.
