The mill is design to run through coil width reaching 2000mm, making pipe size as large as Φ2540×25mm, allowing an annual production up to 100,000 tons (2 shift).

The spiral pipe mill was installed at a port city in east China, supplying stable production of piling pipes with up to 65 meters long.
The pipes were put on to ships after simple surface process and were installed under water for bridge construction purpose.
The professionality and wide industry experience and resource of HUAYE team allows HUAYE to supply this robust and easy operation machine for an incredible low price that is only 1/6 to 1/8 of a similar model from a Europe machine supplier.
HUAYE LH2000-2540-25 was then refined and improved after several installation and a couple of other heavy duty model mills were derived from the project.
