This second hand Φ2540×25.4 mm spiral pipe mill was successfully commissioned in India recently.

The mill was originally built by HUAYE, entrusted by the buyer, HUAYE has helped the buyer to minimize the loss caused by the bad market by finding the next buyer for it.

HUAYE’s team finished the dismantling and container packing the nearly 500 ton machine in less than 10 days, and erected and commissioned the same to working within 20 day.

What would be the cost for the same? What are all the components that come with the setup like the cut to length machine, bevelling and others. What are the thickness and diameter range that can be manufactured.

A tube mill line involves various steps for producing a wide variety of tubes. It begins with the disassembly of the steel coil. The strip must be leveled with a looper storage device. The leveler may be upper or lower in orientation, but the tube mill line field generally prefers the latter. The coiler presser roller can be either free or driven by hydraulic or electrical power. The pipe must be straightened after being clamped in the center.
