Pouring out the weld slag of the produced spiral pipes is an important step of the spiral pipe production.
The traditional way of removing the slag involves lifting one side of the spiral pipes with crane and rope and pouring the dust inside of the pipe out from the other side.
This method is not only low efficiency but more importantly a huge safety hazard.

After examine cases of different pipe factories, HUAYE has developed a simple equipment to pour out the slag inside a pipe without any safety risk.
The machine lifts one side of the pipe with hydraulic and slowly rotates the pipe with rollers so that the slag comes out thoroughly. The machine greatly saves man power, increase efficiency and more importantly reduces the risks of accidents.
