HUAYE has newly invested three small dia. tube mills to produce ERW and spiral pipes in Handan, China. The investment of tube and pipe mill is a strong supplement to HUAYE's product line. With the support from HUAYE's machine design team in Taiyuan, tube and pipe section in Handan, and rebar mill in Khazakstan, HUAYE is able to provide the customer with all kinds of steel product. Even though the scale of the production is not super at the moment, the management has strong faith in its future development, "We are currently training our team to get ready for future growth and investment of steel production in Russia, Saudi or any other where in the world.".
With winter and Chinese New Year coming up, the steel price in China falls to a freezing point. "This is the lowest price ever in 20 years" said one of the mangement of HUAYE "We believe the steel price is at its lowest at the moment. After Chinese New Year, when China resumes all the construction projects, the steel price will rebond strongly." When asked about advise to buyers outside of China, the manager suggest the buyers to lock some deals with China steel supplier before the price go up high.
