This video shows the successful production of the first pipe with a specification of 1220×10×12 m. This marks that our spiral welded pipe mill has successfully completed the commissioning work.  This is the result of hard work and collaboration of every HUAYE team member.

This 3220mm spiral pipe machine will be officially put into production from now on. It can make spiral pipes of diameter range φ508 to φ3220mm and wall thickness range 6mm to 20 mm.

Pipe length: 8-15 m

Production Flow:
Uncoiler –Pinch and leveler – Guide rollers – Plasma cutter – End welder – guide rollers – Edge mill – Guide roller – Delivery machine – Pre-bending/guide beam – Forming machine – ID welding – OD welding – Plasma cut-off – pipe discharge

Process flow:
Loading → Uncoiler → Pinch and Leveler → End shear and butt welder → Accumulator → Forming → HF welding → Cooling → Sizing → Milling saw / Flying cutter → Run out

This ERW tube mill underwent a series of rigorous tests and adjustments during installation and commissioning to ensure its stability and efficiency. Our team of engineers also provides training to ensure that local operators are proficient in operating and maintaining the machine.
