This complete 1620 spiral welded production line was newly built by HUAYE recently. It was successfully commissioned  and has been finished trial production in Ningxia, China. 

The machines will be put into official production and start producing pipes from now on. It will provide customers with high-quality and high-performance spiral welded pipe products. We expect this production line to bring higher production efficiency and better product experience.

This pipe end facing and beveling machine was completed and finished commissioning in Anhui China. Opposite  arrangement type, double-station leveling.  PLC controlled automatic work,  used for machining plane and groove of the two ends of steel pipes.

Process flow:
Manual feeding pipe→ pipe receiver& kick-off receive pipe→ goes down onto V type carrying roll of lifting device→ V type carrying roll goes down to cutting center→ clamping pipe→ locking→ gearbox starts→ quick feeding→ beveling& end-facing→ quick return→ locking loosen→ clamping open→ pipe receiver kick pipe off→ to next cycle.
