This 2540mm diameter pipe hydrostatic tester is a project recently completed by Huaye in Inner Mongolia. Controlled by PLC, designed for large steel pipes, the equipment can withstand tests up to 2000T pressure, ensuring the safety and reliability of pipes under harsh conditions.

This is a 4 position fully automatic hydrostatic tester made by HUAYE for our Indian customer.

It's for ERW tubes of diameter ranging from 21 mm to 89 mm. Four pipes can be tested in one round, greatly raised the production capacity. This type of hydrotester is usually used in ERW pipe factories to match up the production of the ERW pipe mill.

This is a working video of hydrostatic tester for spiral welded pipes, which was made by HUAYE and successfully running in our customer's factory now.
