Pipe Production Line Finishing Section

 Introduction
Finishing Section refers to the series of equipment after the pipe leave the production equipment.
​In production case, Finishing Section usually refers to the pipe transfer system. The system includes conveyors, racks, ejectors, rotation rollers, pipe delivery cars, and other simple pipe process equipment, such as slag removing machine, weld seam grinder etc.

According to the customer’s factory shed condition, experienced engineers of HUAYE provide most efficient overall layout and pipe transfer solution. In addition, HUAYE provides one-stop supply for all related finishing section equipment, which offers customers the most convenience and production support. 
Major Equipment of Finishing Section
Pipe lifting rotator
It is used to lift and rotate the steel pipe. It is generally used for welded pipe repair welding, manual inspection, etc.
Ejectors
It’s used to pull the steel pipe.  Usually pull the steel pipes from the conveyer or support roller to the rack.
Pipe delivery car
It’s used to transport the steel pipe horizontally, it can replace the pipe kick-off device to realize the transfer of steel pipes between the rack and conveyer.
Weld repair station 
It’s used for the repair of defective welding seam of steel pipes. Including rotary support pipe, pipe kick-off device, (or swivel rotary roller), (welding arm), welding repair machine
Driven conveyor
Idle conveyor
​It’s used to transport the steel pipe longitudinally. Divided into driven roller and idle roller.
Pipe rotator
It’s used to rotate the steel pipe. Generally used for welded pipe welding repair, manual inspections, etc. Usually used together with pipe kick-off device.
Swinging pipe delivery cart 
It’s used to 90° rotate the transport direction of the steel pipe. 
Slag removing machine
It’s used to dump slag inside steel pipe.
Pipe Dropper
It’s used to gently fall the steel pipe on the rack or to the next stage of production.
Rack
It’s used to store the steel pipes and transport pipes horizontally.
How to get the overall production process layout？
  • 1.Determine the main equipment required by the factory.
  • 2.Determine the factory size or site size.
  • 3.Provide or confirm the drawing of factory workshop.
  • 4.HUAYE will design the workshop layout based on required equipment and confirmed workshop drawing.
