Zinc Sprayer for ERW Tube Mill

General Introduction
A Zinc Sprayer is a machine used for zinc painting of surface of steel or other surface. In the process, Zinc is fed into the machine in the form of wire, and is flash heat to melt. The melt Zinc is then being blow spray out to the target surface by compressed air. A very common application of a Zinc Sprayer in tube industry is for the weld seam repair of galvanized tube production.
