Steel Bar Production Line Introduction
1. Features of Process Flow
    (1) The rolling line of completely continuous rolling process, the mill level established alternate arrangement, the fixed line of rolling, rolling twisted, slightly open (or live) continuous rolling and ensure product quality.
    (2) Across the board mill using Short Stress mill for high rigidity, high precision, easy operation and maintenance.
    (3) Rolling, rolling passes less balanced mill-hour production, improve the utilization of the rolling line. 
    (4) Rolling line is fixed to reduce the guide guard, the guide groove wear and accidents in production, shorten the time of change hole.
    (5) Roughing mill with no hole rolling to reduce the roller consumption and simplify the guide guard.
