This machine is a  single end equipment for the spiral submerged arc welded pipe production line. It is used to expand the diameter of the pipe end of the spiral submerged arc welded pipe produced.

Expanding thickness: 6-22 mm
Expanding length: 6-12 m
Expanding ratio:1.5%D (The expanding rate is 0.3% or more)
Orality of pipe after expanding :0.6%D
Work blank condition:The inner weld of the pipe end in the range of 250 mm is ground and the residual height is not more than 0.5 mm
Pipe requirement：as per API  SPEC 5L standard
