Customer from Yunnan, China has placed order for two complete sets of spiral pipe mills. The million dollar project includes two spiral pipe mills and two beveling machines.
The machines are ordered at Φ3400×20 and Φ1420×12 to cover complete production range.

In order to initiate the project as soon as possible to fulfill the urgent pipe demand. HUAYE offered refurbished spiral pipe mill for Φ1420 pipe mill.
In Dec. 2016, after only one month of lead time, the full machine including the beveling machine was delivered to the customer’s site and commissioned to working condition. Before even the customer’s warehouse is fully ready, HUAYE’s machine is ready to make money.

The Φ3400×20 spiral pipe mill is offered to the customer building a brand new machine.
It is expected to be delivered to the customer’s site in another two months. Before the second machine finish installation, the customer is already collecting payment for the pipes produced in the first machine.
Other than the two spiral pipe mills built and being built for the customer, HUAYE’s strong and trustworthy engineering team is simultaneously working on design and production for 4 other different projects of customized machines.
