This Φ248×2 mm ERW Pipe Mill is available and ready for pickup in HUAYE’s factory warehouse.
The whole line of the mill adopts PLC control system. The control of DC motor adopts digital speed control system with high performance and stability in precision.

The main structure of ERW Pipe Mill is a main shaft which is installed in the upper part of the machine. The main shaft consists of four parts: a motor drive gear box, a motor drive shaft, a pinion gear box and an eccentric shaft. The motor drive gear box has two output shafts with three gears each and one input shaft with three gears. The motor drive shaft connects to both output shafts by means of nut-and-bolt assemblies mounted on both sides at its ends.
