The two sets of End facing and beveling machine are completed and finished installing in Yunnan,China. Single head type, used for machining plane and groove of the two ends of steel pipes.  Now they'are awaiting power-on testing on site.

​This filter pipe spiral pipe mill is HUAYE's featured production line that specifically designed and built for a customer in Anhui, China. It can produce water filter pipes up to 426 diameters.

Filter spiral pipes are normal spiral pipes with punched holes on the wall that used for drilled water wells，widely used in industrial fields, especially in water and oil pipelines, structural engineering and construction fields.

​This 426mm filter pipe spiral pipe mill is a very delicate and small machine, which is available in all the equipment of a spiral welded pipe machine.  In addition to the spiral machine section, we also equip the customer with a small diameter expander，used to expand the diameter of the pipe end of the steel pipe.

This 3200mm spiral pipe machine was our new project in Brazil. Through careful planning and coordination, we have successfully assisted the customer in completing the installation and commissioning of the equipment.

​The steel drum production line is a special type of spiral pipe production line that makes short length pipes. This type of steel drums are used as inside core of aluminum or steel coils to replace the paper core which is not environment friendly.

This type of steel drum has quite high surface requirement that the weld seam shall not be higher than the base material. Hence seam grinder is installed for surface treatment.

This 3200mm spiral pipe machine has been officially put into production and the pipes have been successfully discharged in Henan,China. It can make spiral pipes of diameter range φ508 to φ3200mm and wall thickness range 6mm to 25 mm.

This 1620mm End facing and beveling machine which is being processed is designed and manufactured by us recently.It is capable of machining ends of pipes with outside diameter ranging from Φ400 to Φ1620mm, and wall thickness ranging from 6 to 16mm.
