Complete 1620 Spiral Welded Pipe Production Line in China

This complete 1620 spiral welded production line was newly built by HUAYE recently. It was successfully commissioned  and has been finished trial production in Ningxia, China. 

The machines will be put into official production and start producing pipes from now on. It will provide customers with high-quality and high-performance spiral welded pipe products. We expect this production line to bring higher production efficiency and better product experience.

The whole line is equipped with spiral pipe machine, end facing &beveling machine ,pipe hydrostatic tester and pipe transit conveyor.

1. 1620 Spiral welded Pipe machine
General specifications:
Strip width: 600-1500 mm
Pipe diameter range: Φ426-1620mm
Wall thickness range: 4-16 mm
Pipe length: 8-12 m

​2. The pipe end facing and beveling machine is used to cut both ends of the spiral welded pipe into a flat shape for connection with other pipe fittings. It has precise cutting capabilities, ensuring the quality and appearance of pipe fittings.

​3. The pipe hydrostatic tester is used to perform hydraulic pressure testing on welded spiral welded pipes. Check the pipes for leaks or breaks by increasing the water pressure in them. This ensures the pressure resistance and safety of the pipeline.

4. Pipe conveyor system
The system includes conveyors, racks, ejectors, rotation rollers, pipe delivery cars, and other simple pipe process equipment.
