This complete 1620 spiral welded production line was newly built by HUAYE recently. It was successfully commissioned and has been finished trial production in Yunnan, China. The machines will be put into official production and start producing pipes from now on. It'll support the production process efficiently, safely and reliably.

2. The end facing and beveling machine is used to cut both ends of the spiral welded pipe into a flat shape for connection with other pipe fittings. It has precise cutting capabilities, ensuring the quality and appearance of pipe fittings.
3. The pipe hydrostatic tester is used to perform hydraulic pressure testing on welded spiral welded pipes. Check the pipes for leaks or breaks by increasing the water pressure in them. This ensures the pressure resistance and safety of the pipeline.
