Employing the rear swing type of the spiral pipe mill, the annual production reaches up to 160,000 ton, with max diameter of 1620 and max thickness of 25.4mm at API X70 material.
A rear swing type of spiral pipe mill, as can be read from the name, the rear exit arm swings to adjust the production diameter instead of swinging of the front enter arm. The type of spiral pipe has a modified entering section with a moving welding car and an accumulator and allows no stop during coil change.
