This hydrostatic testing machine of 4" ERW tubes was just  finished in June,2016 by HUAYE for Bangladesh.
Outer radial seal type, fully automatic, 4 tubes at one test cycle.  Test pressure:  Max 12Mpa; testing tube diameter range:  25.4-101.6 mm; tube length: 5.8 – 6.5 m.

​The project in Morroco finished in 2013. The spiral pipe mill of 820×12 mm was well commissioned by HUAYE's crew.
After three years of satisfying service, the machine is now on the way being transfered to its next owner by HUAYE's team.  HUAYE's team will provide complete assistance service to recommission the machine to alive again.  HUAYE's equipment dealership team helps customers to recover their idle facility to reduce investment risk.

The 800ton hydraulic press was successfully commissioned in Thailand. Completely designed and built by HUAYE, the press is capable of pre-bending and JCO bending for steel plate thickness up to 50mm.
The success of the commissioning is a symbol of HUAYE's strong engineering capability.

​Being HUAYE's used rolling mill project, we decided to take another step forward by providing the customer with refurbishment and commissioning service. 

By doing the refurbishment, the machine not only comes in good as new condition, but also saves customer's import tax.

1020×12 Spiral Pipe Mill project in Guizhou, China, in 2015. Given the current cold steel market, HUAYE is still customer's first choice on spiral pipe mills. HUAYE provides customer varies solutions from high end product to budgetary solutions to make sure all customers are satisfied.

Summer 2015, HUAYE's engineers reached one of the most unstable country, Lybia, for installation and commissioning of a refurbished spiral pipe mill. Even with limited condition and safety risks, HUAYE's responsible team did not leave until the machine is fully functioning well. Per to the request of the customer, two of HUAYE's engineering team members even stayed behind for further assistance and training to the factory workers of the Lybia customer. With guns and cannons firing on the side, we don't leave until the mission is accomplished.

HUAYE has newly invested three small dia. tube mills to produce ERW and spiral pipes in Handan, China. The investment of tube and pipe mill is a strong supplement to HUAYE's product line. With the support from HUAYE's machine design team in Taiyuan, tube and pipe section in Handan, and rebar mill in Khazakstan,  HUAYE is able to provide the customer with all kinds of steel product. Even though the scale of the production is not super at the moment, the management has strong faith in its future development, "We are currently training our team to get ready for future growth and investment of steel production in Russia, Saudi or any other where in the world.". 
With winter and Chinese New Year coming up, the steel price in China falls to a freezing point. "This is the lowest price ever in 20 years" said one of the mangement of HUAYE "We believe the steel price is at its lowest at the moment. After Chinese New Year, when China resumes all the construction projects, the steel price will rebond strongly." When asked about advise to buyers outside of China, the manager suggest the buyers to lock some deals with China steel supplier before the price go up high.
