Background:
The mill was first bought by a tube mill in China in 2008; however, the project got cancelled before the machine was installed. The machine is currently off-line in storage. Uncoiler, strip delivery machine and forming machine are stored in warehouse under cover; other mechanical equipment is well stored outside warehouse under tight waterproof cover; electric components including welders are well stored in storage room. Everything is complete, new as never been used.
