The mill adopts three outer rollers controlled forming type with centralized positioning and front-swing intermittent production. Forming roller surface is combinational curved which is easy to adjust the angle and minimize pressing mark on the pipe surface. Proved by many years of practical production, this mill has features of stable forming and convenient adjustment.
Production process flow and overview:
Coil feeding→ uncoiling →pinching and leveling → electrical vertical roller → shear and butt welding → electrical vertical roller → rotary shear → manual vertical roller → delivery → guide board → forming → inside welding → outside welding → sized cutting → kick-off
