Huaye Φ820x16mm screw welded pipe unit project will be installed and commissioned in September 2019.
The project includes a spiral welded pipe unit with a maximum diameter of 820 mm and a wall thickness of 16 mm, a flat head machine with a maximum diameter of 1620 mm, a hydraulic press and X-ray flaw detection equipment. The project also includes a full set of welded pipe finishing transfer equipment such as welded seams, slag, and conveyor.

This edge miller and beveling machine design, manufactured by HUAYE.
It support use max. diameter 2000mm, wall thickness 16mm pipe.

This Spiral Pipe Mill was made by HUAYE .  Our engineers are on site in Argentina assisting installing and commissioning.  Everything goes smoothly  and the machine will be put into production soon.

This spiral welded pipe mill  has just finished installing and commissioning in Thailand,  can produces spiral welded pipes of minimum diameter φ168 mm.
