This video shows the successful production of the first pipe from our 1220mm spiral pipe mill. This marks that our newly built spiral welded pipe machine has successfully completed the commissioning work. 

This 1220mm spiral pipe machine will be officially put into production from now on. It can make spiral pipes of diameter range φ219 to φ1220mm and wall thickness range 4mm to 12 mm.

Production Flow:
Uncoiler –Pinch and leveler – Guide rollers – Plasma cutter – End welder – guide rollers – Edge mill – Guide roller – Delivery machine – Pre-bending/guide beam – Forming machine – ID welding – OD welding – Plasma cut-off – pipe discharge

This model of equipment is so popular because it has the best capacity/price ratio. It allows minimum investment to produce large enough range of pipes for most applications, and at the same time keeps good production capacity. If well managed, the pay-back term for this machine is less than a year.

These two set of filter pipe spiral pipe machines were specifically designed and built by HUAYE for boths customers in Jiangsu and Anhui, China. They can produce water filter pipes up to 630 and 426 diameters.

This pipe end facing and beveling machine was completed and finished test running in our factory. Staggered arrangement type, used for machining plane and groove of the two ends of steel pipes.  It has just been packed and sent to the port for shipping.

Process flow:
Step beam kicks pipe to carry roller – Carry roller rotates to align the pipe - Step beam kicks the pipe into clamping from carry roller, meanwhile second pipe is kicked to carry roller by step beam - Clamp - Fast feed - Tool disc rotate - Switch to slow feeding - Bevelling and facing - Fast Retreat - Tool disc stop rotate - Open clamp – Step beam kicks first pipe into carry roller and kicks second pipe into clamp - Second pipe start beveling - Same procedure for processing the other pipe end.
